For a quieter perspective, spend time around Cherng Talay, where local eateries, markets and neighbourhood shops offer a glimpse of everyday life. The area is a short drive from SAii Laguna Phuket, making it a useful reference point when exploring the island’s northwestern side. Rather than rushing between attractions, take time to enjoy a leisurely meal or discover a place that catches your eye.
Head into the green interior
Khao Phra Thaeo National Park protects one of the island’s last stretches of rainforest, with shaded trails and small waterfalls that feel a world away from the coast.
